DFW July Home Sales Report

Fortunately for the clients of Coldwell Banker Apex, we have been experienced a rise in closed sales since last year. However, that has not been the case most months for the DFW real estate market in general. The closed sales reports for the month of July are now out and we are glad to report a rise in several categories. The highest jump comes in the category of closed sales for townhomes and condos with a 36% increase. The most watch category of single family preowned sales had a healthy rise of 18%.
